Edgar brings over 15 years of deep accounting and finance expertise to his role as co-founder of Avise. His journey began at Deloitte’s Boston office, building an audit foundation that gave him keen financial analysis abilities. He then honed his leadership skills as Controller at tech startup CiBO Technologies and Associate Director of Accounting at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, overseeing international accounting teams.
This diverse background equips Edgar with specialized knowledge spanning accounting principles, complex financial systems, operational management, and corporate governance. His dedication to understanding the intricacies of financial management allows him to identify inefficiencies in current processes. This expertise is key for developing the tailored solutions at the core of Avise’s platform.
